Kawaii Heaven ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna. We also ship to Post Office Boxes through economy shipping and standard shipping. Kawaii Heaven usually ships free worldwide.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically on the checkout page.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All delivery estimates are in business days and begin from the date of shipment confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or local public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kawaii Heaven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
Damages
Kawaii Heaven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
