Only slight differences in the headbow in that it has white lace instead of the black lace pictured and the headband part is red not black. also bow didn't look as puffy or big, but just needed to be adjusted to look better. some loose threads on the wrist cuffs and bow clips, but that's not a big deal to me. made of good quality soft material and well put together. the small black bows on the wrist cuffs are also detachable pins. I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship compared to the price. wrist cuffs a bit tight, but I think elastic just needs to be stretched out a bit.
